IIP Investor in People – Strath Caulaidh

We are delighted to have retained our Investor in People status. We received a really good report from the auditor, although as always more can be done to push standards up in our environmental consultancy. The auditor had asked us to go for the Silver Award, in recognition of the high quality of the company’s systems for managing staff. However, we were informed that this would cost twice as much to be audited against – come on IIP, is that really the right way to recognise good practice in Scotland’s business community?!
