Deer Population Model – Monadhliath estates

A recent submission of cull records from over 40 landowners has enabled us to update landscape scale deer population models for the Monadhliath. This work represents the first stage in implementation of the new strategic deer management plan for the MDMG we prepared last year. The group has recently asked us to act as their Technical Advisor and the population modelling is part of the package of services we have agreed to deliver. The most crucial part of deer management plans (DMP) is their implementation, and so we were delighted to be asked to help with the delivery stage as well as the planning stage.
